ATHENS, Ga. — South Carolina women’s basketball is set to begin its two-game road trip.

The No. 2 Gamecocks (21-1, 9-0 SEC) take on Georgia on Thursday (6 p.m., SEC Network+) at Stegeman Coliseum.

On Sunday, freshman Joyce Edwards had her fifth consecutive game finishing as South Carolina‘s leading scorer. Edwards is averaging 12.7 points and 4.9 rebounds per game. Raven Johnson’s 3.35 assist to turnover ratio is No. 5 in the nation.

Coach Dawn Staley picked up her 70th straight home win on Sunday as well, setting an SEC record.
