South Carolina women’s basketball forward Sania Feagin and guard Te-Hina Paopao have officially been invited to the 2025 WNBA draft.
The WNBA began releasing official invites and announced names for players who are draft eligible and declared on April 11, inviting them to attend in person on Monday (7:30 p.m., ESPN). The event will be held at The Shed at Hudson Yards in Manhattan, New York.

Starting guard Bree Hall hadn’t received an official invite via social media as of the afternoon of April 11.
An invitation does not guarantee a draft pick and many times players who still get their names called on draft night, are not there in person though an official invite is a positive sign for a draft hopeful.
Paopao and Feagin have been on various mock draft boards so far, with some projecting Paopao to go in the first round. If she did, it would be the third straight year coach Dawn Staley has produced a top 10 WNBA draft pick.
Feagin was listed as the No. 10 pick in ESPN’s draft projections on April 11, going to the Chicago Sky. Other draft boards see Paopao going No. 10 to the Sky instead.

At the 2024 WNBA draft, former star center Kamilla Cardoso was selected No. 3 overall to the Sky and remains on its roster heading into her second WNBA season.
Hall averaged 6.3 points per game as a senior and shot 39.9% from the field and 38.3% from the 3-point range. Paopao averaged 9.4 and Feagin averaged 8.1, with a team-high 60.1% field goal percentage on the season.
