After four seasons in South Bend — including one shortened to just six games due to injury — Miles chose to enter the transfer portal instead of declaring for the 2025 WNBA Draft. At one point, she was projected as high as No. 2 overall.
Now, during her offseason training, Miles has even more motivation. TCU women’s basketball shared a notable update on Instagram:

In her final three full seasons at Notre Dame, Miles averaged double-digit scoring each year. She improved steadily from 13.7 points per game as a sophomore to 14.3 as a junior and then 15.4 in her final year. She also averaged 5.6 rebounds per game last season.

Her last game with Notre Dame came against TCU in the NCAA tournament Sweet 16. Miles played 23 minutes, scored 10 points, and added two rebounds and three assists in a 71–62 loss.
Over her career, Miles earned First-Team All-ACC honors three times and was named a second-team All-American by the Associated Press in both 2023 and 2025.

Now she’s headed to the national stage. Miles is among the 21 athletes invited to participate in the 2025 USA Basketball Women’s AmeriCup Team trials. UCLA head coach Cori Close, chair of the USA Basketball Women’s Junior National Team Committee, will oversee the selection process.

Once the roster is finalized, players will head to Colorado Springs for training camp and then travel to Chile for the 2025 FIBA Women’s AmeriCup from June 28 to July 6. The U.S. is grouped with Colombia, Puerto Rico and Mexico in Group B.
Miles has previous experience with Team USA. She played in the 2019 FIBA U16 Americas Championship in Chile, averaging 5.2 points and 2.2 rebounds per game while helping the team win gold.
