Tennessee is closing in on a prospect for its 2026 football recruiting class.

The 6-foot-6, 280-pound prospect is an in-state target from Kirkwood High School in Clarksville, Tennessee. 247Sports ranks Blair as the No. 25 offensive tackle in the class and the No. 9 player in Tennessee.

The Vols offered Blair a scholarship on May 13. He has not scheduled or visited Tennessee.

UT Martin was the first school to offer Blair a scholarship on Jan. 23, 2024. Outside of his top six schools, Vanderbilt, Mississippi State and Missouri are additional SEC programs to offer scholarships to Blair.

Tennessee has seven commitments in its 2026 recruiting class: Quarterback Faizon Brandon, wide receiver Tyreek King, tight end Carson Sneed, offensive lineman Gabriel Osenda, wide receiver Tyran Evans, linebacker Braylon Outlaw and defensive lineman C.J. Edwards.
