Tennessee softball receiving one first-place vote

Tennessee (28-3, 6-3 SEC) enters its eighth week of the 2026 softball season. The Lady Vols are ranked No. 4 and are receiving one first-place vote in the NFCA/GoRout Division I Top 25 Coaches Poll.

Tennessee was ranked No. 1 for five consecutive weeks.

The Lady Vols will play four games this week. Tennessee will host Tennessee Tech on Tuesday at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium. First pitch between the Lady Vols and Golden Eagles is slated for 6 p.m. EDT. The in-state matchup can be watched on SEC Network+.

The Lady Vols will also host Ole Miss for a three-game series in Southeastern Conference play beginning Friday.
