Wisconsin will host a Texas Tech defensive line commit this weekend in an attempt to pull off a flip.
Hoisington (Kan.) High three-star EDGE Brody Pfannenstiel tells me for Rivals that he’ll be in Madison this weekend. Pfannenstiel was supposed to initially visit Wisconsin June 12 weekend but wants to get the visit in sooner.

“Yes sir, I wanted to move it up,” Pfannenstiel said.
“I have a great connection with Coach Mitchell and they’ve shown consistent interest with keeping in contact. I’m excited to see the environment.”
As of right now, Wisconsin is the only schools that the Kansas native is even considering outside of Texas Tech. Nebraska, Wisconsin and Vanderbilt have all pushed for official visits from the 6-foot-4, 220-pound EDGE.
“I’m committed to Texas Tech but hopefully after my OV to Wisconsin it should be final. Still going through the process,” Pfannenstiel said.
The Badgers have stayed in consistent contact with Pfannenstiel even after his pledge to Texas Tech in March. That consistency has earned the program an official visit.
Now we’ll see if the Badgers can complete the flip away from the Red Raiders.
