The Auburn Tigers advanced to the 2025 NCAA Tournament Final Four. It was not meant to be for Bruce Pearl and the Tigers, as they fell to Florida.

Since that loss, though, the Auburn Tigers coaching staff has been full of news. Some have been key losses, while others have been massive additions to the roster.
One thing is for certain, the Tigers are going to put a roster together they feel is able to contend at the top of the rugged SEC.
On Friday, one of the top transfers in all of college basketball sent his new coach a message. Keyshawn Hall posted a quick message: “BP.” Hall later said, “They said choose wisely, that’s why I was chosen.”

Of course, the “BP” is in reference to the 65-year-old head coach of the Tigers. Pearl was able to get Hall to join a talented group at Auburn.

Hall spent the 2024-25 season with the UCF Knights in Orlando, playing 33 games and averaging a Big 12-best 18.8 points and 7.1 rebounds per game.

The 6-foot-7 forward from Cleveland, Ohio, notably scored 23 points in the Big 12 first round win over Utah and logged 25 points in 44 minutes in the following loss to the Kansas Jayhawks in the 2nd round. However, Hall did not participate in UCF’s postseason tournament games.
Looking ahead to this fall, the Auburn Tigers could debut five new starters, including Hall. Joining the roster are KeShawn Murphy, a post player from Mississippi State, and Kevin Overton from Texas Tech.
