Michigan State basketball is gearing up for a trip to Wisconsin, before coming home for a game against UCLA. In that game it will be a matchup against former Spartan big Xavier Booker, and pitting Tom Izzo against Mick Cronin, two of the games’ best coaches.
UCLA is getting ready to leave California for their road trip, where they will play Michigan first on Saturday, before heading to East Lansing for Tuesday’s game.

Ahead of that trip, in his latest media session, Cronin talked extensively about the relationship he has with Izzo, noting that their friendship is an “achievement” in his career. He also mentioned that he is eyeing up a free dinner from the Spartans head man.
