UFC 327: Jiri Prochazka, Carlos Ulberg full fight marathon

The UFC returns to South Florida next month, and a former champion who had to relinquish his belt has another chance to win a title.

UFC 327 (Paramount+) takes place April 11 at Kaseya Center in Miami. In the main event, Jiri Prochazka takes on Carlos Ulberg for the newly vacated light heavyweight title. Alex Pereira vacated the belt for a presumed move to heavyweight, though that fight has not yet been announced.

Prochazka (32-5-1 MMA, 6-2 UFC) won the 205-pound belt in 2022, but an injury forced him to vacate. He had two different shots at Pereira, but lost both fights by TKO. In 2025, though, Prochazka had TKO wins over former champion Jamahal Hill and former title challenger Khalil Rountree Jr., and now Pereira no longer is around to keep him from becoming champ again.

Ulberg (13-1 MMA, 9-1 UFC) has won nine straight fights on the heels of a loss in his UFC debut in 2021. Most recently, Ulberg stopped former title challenger Dominick Reyes in the first round of their main event this past September. Ulberg trains at City Kickboxing in Australia alongside former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya.

The fight still is about six weeks out, but ahead of the showdown that will crown a new champ, take a look at some of the best performances from Prochazka and Ulberg above.
