The UFC is headed back to Edmonton for the second time in less than two years.
Edmonton will host a UFC Fight Night event Oct. 17 at Rogers Place, the promotion announced Sunday through Canadian broadcast partner Sportsnet. The event will be the fourth hosted by the capital of Alberta, Canada.

No fights have been announced at this time, as the UFC has only finalized fights through mid-September.
The previous UFC event in Edmonton took place in November 2024. It was headlined by Brandon Moreno vs. Amir Albazi, with an Erin Blanchfield vs. Rose Namajunas co-headliner.
Canadian fight fans have seen an uptick of events on their home country’s soil since 2023, as the promotion has inked several deals to bring events to the various provinces. Edmonton now ties Vancouver with the most UFC events in the post-COVID era with two, while Toronto, Montreal, and Winnipeg have each gotten one.
