Bia Mesquita need just 127 seconds to run through Montse Rendon and stay undefeated in her MMA career.
On Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 269 prelims at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas, Mesquita (7-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) cracked Rendon (7-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) early in the women’s bantamweight bout then landed big ground-and-pound before locking in a rear-naked choke to force the tap in just over two minutes.

After the win, Mesquita discussed the performance and growing hype around her name a a future threat to the 135-pound title.
“It was a good match for me. I did my job: Put her down, finish it, job done,” Mesquita said. “I love it. Tonight I proved one more time that I’m in the UFC not only to be another name in the game in that division, I’m here to show who I am and why I am the ‘Lady GOAT.'”
