UFC White House fight week schedule, event start time revealed

by

The full fight week schedule for the UFC White House card has been revealed ahead of the event taking place on June 14 in Washington, D.C.

Because the event takes place on a Sunday night, the usual fight week activities have all been delayed by an extra day. The fight week culminates with a seven-fight card being held on the south lawn of the White House with lightweight champion Ilia Topuria battling interim champion Justin Gaethje in a title unification bout as the main event.

The fight week schedule starts Friday with the UFC Freedom 250 pre-fight press conference, which takes place at the Lincoln Memorial. The press conference is scheduled to start at 8:30 p.m. ET with all 14 fighters competing on the card scheduled to appear.

On Saturday, June 13, the UFC hosts a UFC Freedom 250 fan fest at the Ellipse, a 52-acre park that sits adjacent to the White House. That kicks off at 3:30 p.m. ET.

The UFC White House ceremonial weigh-ins are then scheduled to take place at 8:30 p.m. ET followed by a Zac Brown Band concert, which begins at 9:30 p.m. ET.

On Sunday, the UFC hosts another fan fest at the Ellipse starting at 3:30 p.m. ET, followed by the watch party also taking place at the Ellipse.

The official start time for the fight card is set for 8 p.m. ET with seven fights scheduled, although the bout order for the event is yet to be revealed.

While no tickets are being sold to the actual UFC White House event, which is expected to seat somewhere between 4,000 to 5,000 in attendance, the watch party for the card will serve as the fan destination for the event. Tickets to the watch party and fan fest are free, but fans have to register to receive consideration with early access currently ongoing with a unique ticket link sent out on Friday.

Tickets are also going to be available to the general public starting on Thursday, April 21.
