The Mist won its first Unrivaled game of the season Saturday. Stewart, who is a Liberty star and Unrivaled co-founder, led with 23 points and 10 rebounds against the Vinyl.

The Vinyl will be hungry for a win, losing their last three games after a 2-0 start during opening weekend. Dearica Hamby had 35 points and 15 rebounds in the Vinyl’s loss to the Mist on Friday.

The Lunar Owls beat the Vinyl 67-57 on Jan. 27, as Collier led with 19 points and 17 rebounds.

Is Angel Reese playing tonight?

No, Reese and the Rose played their Week 3 games Friday and Saturday.

Reese became the first Unrivaled player to be ejected in the second quarter Saturday against the Laces. A referee thought Reese was gesturing toward him instead of Tiffany Hayes after a defensive stop, a misunderstanding which led to two technical fouls. Reese posted “free me” on social media, while her coach hopes Reese can learn from the ejection.

The Angel Reese Special at McDonald’s was also announced last week: The meal includes a BBQ Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese topped with a new BBQ sauce, plus French fries and a drink.
