The Senior Bowl and Shrine Bowl weeks wrapped up the on-field portion of the action for the prospects ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft. It was the last opportunity to see aspiring NFL players ahead of the workout and pro day circuit, which is headlined by the NFL Scouting Combine at the end of February.
Between the practices at North Texas and South Alabama and an abundance of catch-up work on game film evaluation, quite a bit has changed from the last big board update. The top remains pretty stable and will stay that way, barring anything unusual happening (injury, arrest, unexpected workout figures). The tiers below that see quite a bit of upheaval in this latest update.
Here are the top 103 prospects for the 2025 NFL Draft after the Senior Bowl and Shrine Bowl weeks. Note that this is not a projection of draft order; that’s what mock drafts are for.
1. Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado
The Heisman winner is an elite athlete who projects as the top CB prospect and also a top-10 wide receiver in this draft. His playmaking panache on both sides of the ball sets Hunter apart.
2. Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Jeanty’s vision and contact balance are as elite as they come for running backs. That he can also catch the ball out of the backfield at an elite level elevates Jeanty well above a very deep and talented RB class.
3. Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
Starks looks like the next in line of high-end playmaking all-around safeties in the mold of Kyle Hamilton, Brian Branch and Budda Baker.
4. Shemar Stewart, DL, Texas A&M
The biggest upward mover at the top of the draft, Stewart built off a breakout 2024 college campaign for the Aggies with a dominant Senior Bowl week that showcased his elite athletic potential. Compares favorably to 2022 No. 1 overall pick Travon Walker as a prospect.
5. Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
A scheme-versatile interior beast with quickness and strength, Graham consistently disrupted and produced against all types of offensive styles.
6. Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Smart, battle-tested field general who is great from the pocket and athletic enough to buy extra time if needed. The big question for Shedeur is how he will fare without his dad, Deion, being in his ear as his coach.
7. Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
Carter offers a sky-high ceiling as a pass rusher, a position he’s still learning how to play after being an (impressive) off-ball LB before switching in 2024.
8. Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
A converted quarterback, Warren sees the field with QB eyes as well as outstanding size and burst. The blocking needs work, but that was true of recent elite rookie TEs Brock Bowers and Sam LaPorta, too.
9. Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon
Harmon quickly evolved from an inconsistent player at Michigan State into a consistently excellent interior force for Oregon after transferring. His strength and ability to quickly get off blocks stand out.
10. Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
The more I watch Alabama’s defensive film from 2024, the more Campbell’s play stands out. Campbell is still a very young player whose play strength–his biggest weakness–progressed throughout the season.
