Updated women’s college basketball rankings were revealed Tuesday and Texas held its same position for the past month-plus in the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll.
The Longhorns upset Oklahoma 80-37 last Thursday and notched a 90-56 win over Arkansas to hold strong at No. 6. The Sooners dropped by one position to No. 11.
Texas rose to as high as No. 3 before it lost 80-70 to Notre Dame on Dec. 5.
AP women’s basketball poll has the Longhorns at No. 5.

The only undefeated teams left are UCLA, LSU, Ohio State and ACC shocker Georgia Tech.
Texas has a tough slate of games when they play No. 20 Alabama on Thursday and No. 2, reigning national champion, South Carolina on Sunday.
