While the 2025-2026 college basketball season is still a few months away, information about notable games is already starting to come out. A few weeks ago, the USC women’s team announced its nonconference schedule for their upcoming campaign. On Wednesday, the men’s team did the same.
While USC men’s basketball will not play the same level of gauntlet as their female counterparts, there are still several intriguing games on the schedule. Let’s take a look at the Trojans’ slate:

Vs. Cal Poly, November 3
USC will open up its 2025-2026 season at Galen Center on November 3.
Vs. Manhattan, November 9
USC vs. Manhattan—a highly-anticipated New York-LA showdown. What more could you ask for on a Sunday in November?
Vs. Illinois State, November 14 (At Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California)
The Trojans will make the short drive down to Inglewood to take on Illinois State.
Vs. Troy, November 20
It will be the Trojans vs . . . the Trojans? That’s right, USC and Troy will face off for mascot bragging rights in this one.
Maui Invitational, November 24-26
USC will open play in Maui against Boise State on November 24, with the team’s remaining two games at the event to be determined based on results.

At San Diego, December 9
The Trojans’ lone true road game of nonconference play will be in San Diego on December 9.
Vs. Washington State, December 14
It will be an old Pac-12 battle at Galen Center on December 14 as Washington State comes to town.
Vs. UTSA, December 17
USC will host UTSA on December 17.
Vs. Brown, December 21
The Trojans will close out nonconference play against an Ivy League program.
