Georges St-Pierre has shared in the past how witnessing Royce Gracie at UFC 1 was one of the multiple catalysts that drove him to pursue greatness in combat sports.
Now the two UFC Hall of Famers have linked up to discuss the roots of those inspirations, the evolution of the sport through Gracie’s era, into St-Pierre’s era and into the current landscape, where both men are comfortably retired.

Gracie, now 59, sat down with St-Pierre, 45, on the mats wearing their trademark gis and discussed the ins and outs of MMA, which fighters belong on the Mt. Rushmore of the sport, and much more.
