Ohio State freshman wide receiver Jeremiah Smith is good, really good. We saw plenty of proof of that last season when he had a starring role in the greatest College Football Playoff run of all time.
Turns out, he’s just as good in the virtual world. If you don’t know what I mean, I don’t blame you, but let me explain. It appears as though someone put together a highlight mashup of Smith from last season, but in a little different kind of way. They went as far as duplicating some of the moments on the actual football field in the EA Sports College Football 25 video game. And, I must say, they did a bang up job.

It’s a fun little video, and it had to take an eternity to make to have these plays lineup just right to look as close to the real moments as possible. Don’t believe me? Have a look for yourself as Smith does things that look awfully similar in the video game world as what we saw live on a television and stadium this season. From the opening touchdown vs. Oregon in the CFP quarterfinal, to the ‘3rd and Jeremiah’ against Notre Dame, it’s quite the effort.
Every Ohio State fan looks forward to seeing more moments like this in real life next season and can’t wait to see how dominant he is in the next ‘College Football’ EA Sports installment.
