Featherweight contender Youssef Zalal only needed 98 seconds to finish former title challenger Josh Emmett when the two fought at UFC 320 last October.
Zalal put on a ground clinic. After taking Emmett down early in the opening round, Zalal took Emmett’s back and looks to lock in a rear-naked choke. He transitioned to a triangle choke before finishing the fight with an armbar. Take a look back at the submission win.
Zalal headlines Saturday’s UFC Vegas 116 fight card against former bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling.
