Kim Mulkey and LSU women’s basketball have had success coming off of losses during her short, four-year stint in Baton Rouge.

The No. 4 Tigers suffered their first loss on the season on the road at No. 2 South Carolina, 66-56, Friday night and will look to bounce back against Texas A&M inside the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on Sunday afternoon.

Over the last four seasons, LSU (20-1, 5-1 SEC) is 10-3 after losing, having only lost back-to-back games three times under Mulkey.

The Aggies (10-8, 3-3) will look to hand the Tigers a second straight defeat. Aicha Coulibaly will lead A&M into Baton Rouge as she averages 12.9 points per game for Joni Taylor’s squad.
