South Carolina women’s basketball remains at No. 2 in the AP top 25. The USA TODAY coaches poll will be released on Tuesday.

The Gamecocks (21-1, 9-0 SEC) made history on Sunday by picking up their 70th consecutive home victory which is a new SEC record. They broke Tennessee’s record of 69 straight home wins that spanned from 1990-96.

South Carolina defeated Auburn 83-66 to remain undefeated in conference play ahead of two road games this week.

Coach Dawn Staley‘s squad travels to Athens to face Georgia on Thursday (6 p.m., SEC Network+) then has a rematch with No. 4 Texas on Sunday (1 p.m., ESPN).

In the month of February, South Carolina faces three ranked opponents as of Monday, including a non-conference game with No. 5 UConn on Feb 16 (1 p.m., ABC).
