Lathan Sommerville‘s recruitment is heating up.
The Rutgers freshman entered the NCAA men’s basketball transfer portal last week and is already getting plenty of attention. He made a visit to Washington over the weekend, according to his agent Ryan Murphy.

During his freshman season at Rutgers, the 6-foot-10 Richwoods graduate averaged 8.2 points and 4.1 rebounds in just under 21 minutes per game. He also started 15 of the Scarlet Knights’ 32 games.
Also, Sommerville entered the portal with a “do not contact” tag, meaning Sommerville doesn’t want coaches or schools to communicate with him. Instead, he (or his agent) will be the one who will initiate interest with potential landing spots.
