Who won NASCAR Cup race at Phoenix? Winner and champion is Joey Logano, plus full results

Joey Logano has won the NASCAR Cup Series championship.

Logano won Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway to earn his third series championship.

In the final 20 laps, Logano had to hold off Team Penske teammate Ryan Blaney, who finished second in Sunday’s race.

“Lost some time having to pass some guys and I just ran out of time,” Blaney said. “Congrats to (Logano), congrats to those guys, the No. 22 team, Pennzoil, Ford. If we’re going to race somebody for the championship, I’m happy it was him.”
