247Sports currently ranks the Denver, North Carolina, native as the No. 85 overall recruit in the class of 2027, the No. 5 tight end and the No. 3 player from his home state. With the 2027 cycle not set to heat up until next summer, the recruiting service has yet to release a prediction for Dollar’s. On3/Rivals, meanwhile, lists Clemson, North Carolina and NC State as the early favorites.
Tight ends coach Nate Letton is Wisconsin’s primary contact with Dollar. While Letton is entering his third year coaching the position for the Badgers, he’s looking to rebuild the room after the program’s offseason hire of offensive coordinator Jeff Grimes. The program’s new pro-style offense will ask for different things from its tight ends than Phil Longo’s air raid did. That change in philosophy affected Wisconsin’s recruiting of several positions, tight end being the most notable.
Wisconsin has yet to land a commitment in the class of 2027. Its primary focus remains on the 2026 cycle, where the program’s class of 14 commitments currently ranks No. 58 nationally.
