In the process, the 35-year-old 10-time All-Star surpassed Candice Dupree for sixth place on the all-time scoring list. Ogwumike entered the game with 6,874 career points, 21 points behind Dupree’s 6,895 career points.

“ELEVATE,” the WNBA wrote in announcing Ogwumike’s achievement. “With 22 PTS today vs. the Valkyries, Nneka Ogwumike passes Candice Dupree (6,895 points) to claim 6th place on the All-Time Scoring List!”
