While teams look to build their rosters to compete for a WNBA title, some have been forced to make immediate moves during the international competition period.

Several players around the league have recently been away from their teams due to overseas commitments to their respective home countries.

Two of these players are rostered on the Dallas Wings: Teaira McCowan and Luisa Geiselsoder.

McCowan last played for the Wings on June 7, while Geiselsoder formerly played in a matchup on June 14.

While the two have been away from the team, competing for their respective national teams in EuroBasket, Dallas announced that they will be returning to the team this week after the conclusion of the international games.

With the upcoming return of Teaira McCowan and Luisa Geiselsoder, the Dallas Wings announced the release of Haley Jones.

Jones played just two games with the Dallas Wings.

In her last game with the Wings, Jones posted eight points, seven rebounds and two assists against the Washington Mystics.
