
Nearly a month after its last commit, Xavier dipped back into the transfer portal waters Saturday with a commitment from University of North Dakota transfer guard Mier Panoam, according to a report from Greenlight Media.
A full-time starter last season as a sophomore, Panoam averaged 13 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game. The 6-foot-2 guard shot 45.5% from the field and just 22.2% from three-point range.

North Dakota finished 12-21 overall and fell to St. Thomas-Minnesota in the Summit League Championship semifinals.
New Xavier commit Mier Panoam (3) was a double-digit scorer last season at North Dakota as a sophomore.
Panoam began his career at Tulane, where he appeared in nine games off the bench during the 2023-24 season.
Panoam was originally a three-star recruit and the No. 12 player in Georgia for the Class of 2023, according to 247Sports.
