Your College Basketball Sunday Viewing Guide: February 8, 2026

by

Yeah, it’s Super Bowl Sunday. So? That doesn’t mean that we’re going without college basketball for the day. There are 20 games on national television, with women’s basketball carrying the lion’s share with 13 contests. That includes YOUR Marquette Golden Eagles visiting Creighton in a game that’s on FS1 at Noon Central today.

Other than that, there’s seven women’s games and two men’s games with at least one ranked team in action today. The highlights run concurrently this afternoon when #2 UCLA visits #8 Michigan and #19 Tennessee hits the road for a challenge at #3 South Carolina. Those two women’s games are the only ones with two ranked teams facing off. WBB gives us #6 Louisville, #5 LSU, #25 North Carolina, and #21 Alabama on the road as the day goes along…. and by goes along, I mean “suspiciously ends by 7pm Central, as the college basketball smarty-pants economy doesn’t want to challenge the Super Bowl.”

On the men’s side, the highlights are #2 Michigan traveling down south to see Ohio State and #13 Texas Tech on the road at West Virginia. Unfortunately, you’ll have to either quadbox the thing or peel yourself away from Marquette/Creighton in order to watch either of those two games. I trust y’all will make the right decision.

If you want to mix in some streaming, you can get #9 Ohio State, #14 TCU, and #24 Washington on the road on the women’s side of things today. There’s way more than that on streaming, so shoutout whatever you’re watching in the comments if you get a chance.

Here’s the full national television schedule for the day, with all times Central, as always.
