The offseason additions keep on coming for the Syracuse Orange, who have added a second international prospect to their roster.
Abdramane Siby — a center who is originally from Mali and currently plays for BC Mega Superbet in Serbia — is committing to the Orange, according to a report released on Wednesday by Jonathan Givony of DraftExpress.

In 20 games with BC Mega Superbet, a professional basketball club, Siby is averaging 3.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks in 14.4 minutes per game this season.
Givony described Siby as a “highly impactful defender with significant long-term upside.”
On paper, it appears Siby will project to be a development piece at center for head coach Gerry McNamara down the road. As of Wednesday, he is the second center to join the roster, along with former Siena big Tasman Goodrick.
Siby joins Slovenian wing Mark Morano Mahmutovič as the new additions from outside the United States that McNamara is bringing in.

Siby is also the third recruit joining the Orange. Besides him and Mahmutovič, Syracuse also recently picked up a commitment from four-star guard Ryan Moesch.
Besides Siby and Mahmutovič, Syracuse in the offseason has also landed Goodrick, former Temple guard Aiden Tobiason, former McNeese guard Garwey Dual, and former Siena guard Gavin Doty via the transfer portal.
