Oregon’s spot in 2026 men’s basketball transfer portal team rankings

by

During the first week of the 2026 men’s basketball transfer portal window, it was all quiet for the Oregon Ducks — well, besides all but one scholarship player deciding to enter the portal and depart from the program. But head coach Dana Altman and his staff had yet to receive a commitment from a single player, leaving only a handful of Ducks on the roster at the time.

But things quickly heated up for Altman, as Oregon hosted a number of players and has, to date, received the commitment of five players via the portal with the addition of Alabama forward Taylor Bol Bowen on Wednesday morning. Bol Bowen joined fellow forwards Andrew Meadow (Boise State), Pharaoh Compton (San Diego State), Tyrone Riley (San Francisco) and guard Jasper Johnson (Kentucky).

With the portal now closed as of Apr. 21, though there are still hundreds of players in the portal and will be more commitments in the coming weeks and months, the Ducks rank 32nd nationally in 247 Sports’ team ranking of transfer portal commitments. Among their group of commitments, they’ve reeled in three four-stars and two three-stars.
