At only 8-years-old and playing 10U football, Reggie’s son, Agyeman Bush, has crazy speed and is already showing off. He scored five total touchdowns with two pick-sixes for his flag football team this past weekend.
Pro Football Hall-of-Famer Deion Sanders commented on the video of Bush showing off his wheels, saying, “He’s supposed to high step on them kids!”
Bush, the former Helix HS (California) star and New Orleans Saints No. 2 overall NFL Draft pick, is only one of three running backs to win a Heisman Trophy over the last 20 years. The USC Trojans star is also the fourth non-quarterback to take home the hardware during that same timeframe.
During his 2005 Heisman run, Bush led the nation with 1,658 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns and added 31 receptions for 383 yards and two TDs and an 84-yard punt return score. The do-it-all force in the Pac-10 had eight games with over 100 rushing yards and ended the regular season with 294 and 260 rushing yards against Fresno State and UCLA, respectively.

Bush was forced to forfeit his Heisman Trophy for 14 years due to improper benefits. The award was formally reinstated in April 2024.
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree for Bush. This will no doubt bring on several early college offers.
