Daniele Dye is returning to the NASCAR Truck Series. Dye will drive the No. 20 truck for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing in the Truck Series race at Nashville Superspeedway this weekend, as reported by Motorsports Wire. This is the driver of the No. 20 truck’s first Truck Series race since being suspended.

Dye was suspended indefinitely after making insensitive comments about NTT IndyCar Series driver David Malukas on a live stream. Kaulig Racing and Ram then announced that Dye resigned as the driver of the No. 10 truck. Later, Live Fast Motorsports tapped Dye for select races in the NASCAR Cup Series.

Now, Dye is back in the Truck Series with McAnally-Hilgemann Racing. The former Kaulig Racing driver is trying to rebuild his NASCAR career after his second suspension in the 2020s. Dye will have the pleasure of driving good Truck Series equipment, so a top-10 finish is not out of the equation.
