NASCAR has released the official Cup Series pit stall assignments for Sunday’s race, giving teams their final piece of preparation before the green flag.
Pole winner Ty Gibbs will have one of the most desirable pit selections after earning the top starting spot in qualifying. Carson Hocevar, Kyle Larson, Michael McDowell and Ross Chastain round out the top five starters, while defending Sonoma winner Shane van Gisbergen will line up sixth after winning Saturday’s NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race.
Bubba Wallace, meanwhile, will start from the rear after repairs were required following his qualifying crash, though his assigned pit stall remains unchanged.
