The Celtics have agreed to trade Jaylen Brown to the 76ers in a blockbuster deal centered around veteran forward Paul George and multiple draft picks, according to ESPN.

As part of the agreement, Boston will receive George, two first-round picks, and two second-round picks from Philadelphia as the franchise reshapes its roster.

The first-round compensation includes Philadelphia’s 2028 first-round pick, which could convert into a more favorable pick swap for the Celtics, along with the 76ers’ unprotected 2031 first-round selection.

Boston will also receive the most favorable 2028 second-round pick among the Warriors, Thunder, and Bucks, as well as the most favorable 2030 second-round pick among the Wizards, Trail Blazers, and Suns.

The trade marks the end of Brown’s tenure in Boston after nine seasons and gives Philadelphia another All-NBA caliber player to pair with Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey.
