Armstrong Nnodim was a three-star commit in the Oklahoma State Class of 2024 under Mike Gundy. Nnodim committed to Oklahoma State over offers from Memphis, UTSA, Rice, and Arkansas State. Penn State was not among the schools who recruited Nnodim in his original recruiting process.
Nnodim was rated as a three-star transfer prospect in the transfer window for 2026 by 247Sports.

Armstrong Nnodim appeared in12 games for Oklahoma State and started four games for the Cowboys during the 2025 season. He recorded 11 tackles with 2 TFL and 1 sack. He did not play during the 2024 season as a redshirt player.

Armstrong Nnodim could be stepping into a key role on the Penn State defensive line right off the bat.
