There’s a lot of new surrounding Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen’s life these days.
Allen’s a new father, Buffalo has a new head coach and the Bills are set to unveil a new stadium this season.
Allen and his wife, actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld, welcomed their first daughter, Harper, in April.

“I love being a dad,” Allen said in a recent interview with PEOPLE.
As babies tend to do, Allen’s daughter has adjusted the quarterback’s sleep schedule.
“Now, if I’m not in bed by 10, it means we’re probably doing something wrong,” Allen said. “So, baby goes down at a certain time and me and my wife are shortly after her, just making sure that we can get as much sleep as we can.
On the football field, the Bills promoted former offensive coordinator Joe Brady to head coach in January and the franchise will debut the new $2.2 billion Highmark Stadium this season.
The Bills are hoping the changes will bring better results. Buffalo was bounced out of the playoffs in the divisional round last year. The franchise has a frustrating Super Bowl history, having gone 0-4 in football’s championship game.
Josh Allen on Bills coaching change
“We’ve obviously got a new head coach, and so to have those memories being made in a new spot,” Allen said. “I think change is needed sometimes, especially when we’ve been close in the past, even going back to 20-ish, 30-ish years ago, just how close the Bills have been to winning a Super Bowl — I think this is kind of a switch that was necessary and I’m very excited.”

The 2024 NFL MVP and the Bills report to training camp later this month. Bills rookies report on July 21 and veterans are scheduled to arrive on July 28. Allen is on a shortlist of MVP candidates this season. But the quarterback’s found something that he’s even more valuable in – diaper changing.
“I’m an 11 out of 10,” Allen said, per NFL Network. “No blow outs.”
