Bogdan Guskov is on quite the roll, and his last win showed he’s a serious player in the UFC light heavyweight division.
Back in July 2025, Guskov was matched up with veteran Nikita Krylov at UFC on ABC 9 in Abu Dhabi. Guskov needed only one round to dispatch Guskov in vicious fashion. Guskov landed a right hand that dropped Krylov and then sealed the deal with some heavy ground-and-pound. The knockout marked Guskov’s fourth win in the octagon.

Guskov (18-3-1 MMA, 4-1-1 UFC) returns to the cage this Saturday in the main event of UFC Fight Night 282 (Paramount+) at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi. Guskov takes on former UFC light heavyweight champion Magomed Ankalaev (21-2-1 MMA, 12-2-1 UFC) in a five-round bout.
Guskov is taking this fight on short notice, replacing an injured Khalil Rountree Jr.
