The Las Vegas Raiders didn’t have an All-Pro selected for the 2025 season, the first time in nearly half a decade the team didn’t have a player selected with the award. In 2025, TE Brock Bowers was named as a first team All-Pro by the AP, NFLPA, PFF, & PFW while AJ Cole was named the PFF & NFLPA 2nd team All-Pro. Extending back to 2023, Maxx Crosby & Cole were named All-Pro’s, and 2022 saw the Raiders peak with Josh Jacobs, Davante Adams, Maxx Crosby, Daniel Carlson, and AJ Cole all earn All-Pro honors.
The Raiders have a variety of players that can push for a possible All-Pro selection this season, though All-Pro honors are also widely tied to team success as well, and if Las Vegas can’t cross at least 6-8 wins it may be harder for them.

Strong Odds:
TE Brock Bowers – Finished 10th in AP All-Pro Voting in 2025

Bowers was named an All-Pro in his rookie season after hauling in 112 receptions, 1194 yards, and 5 touchdowns. He suffered a knee injury early into the 2025 season which limited him to 12 games, but was truly healthy for only 9-10 of those and still posted 64 receptions, 680 yards, and seven touchdowns. Bowers is not without competition as Cardinals’ Trey McBride, Chiefs’ Travis Kelce, Falcons’ Kyle Pitts, and 49ers George Kittle all earned All-Pro honors last year. McBride is coming off back to back 1200+ yard seasons, Kelce remains one of the better tight ends in the NFL with top name recognition.
Pitts will see a large volume of work this season operating as a big slot and thus large production, & Kittle is among the best blocking TE in the NFL and widely considered a top 3 player in the NFL at the position. Bowers will see a large volume of production moving around the Raiders offense, and thus his production should be high enough to get the All-Pro honors, especially after being ranked as the third best TE in the NFL by personnel staffs, via ESPN. Among those mentioned, Colts’ Tyler Warren, Lions’ Sam LaPorta, and Packers’ Tucker Kraft could see big seasons and also push Bowers for the honor.
EDGE Maxx Crosby – Finished 8th in AP All-Pro Voting in 2025

Crosby has traditionally been viewed by All-Pro voters as a DE, instead of an OLB, which does make his competition a bit tougher. The 2025 season saw Will Anderson, Myles Garrett, Micah Parsons, and Aidan Hutchinson all earn first team EDGE rushers honor, along with Brian Burns, Tuli Tuipultou, and Byron Young. Parsons is expected to miss most of the season, and he should likely be out of the running but pending injuries you can pencil in Anderson, Garrett, and Hutchinson as shoe ins with Tuipulotu and Young having a good chance as well to push for the spot given their situations.
Crosby is coming off a 2025 season, where I’m shocked he didn’t at least make a 2nd team All-Pro, after logging 73 tackles, 28 TFL, 10 sacks, an INT, 6 PBU, and 2 FF. Crosby did see his pressure rate fall, and he did miss games with injuries, but he’s remained one of the best players in the NFL against the run, which will push in his favor going forward. Crosby should see a lower workload, but that will increase his overall efficiency and thus likely higher numbers. Keep an eye on Browns’ Jared Verse, Texans’ Danielle Hunter, 49ers Nick Bosa, and Ravens’ Trey Hendrickson who can all push for the spot as well.
P AJ Cole – Did not receive an AP All-Pro Vote in 2025

For the first time since 2021, AJ Cole was not named to the first or second team All-Pro, but I’d expect him back on track in 2026. Cole logged 71 punts (2nd highest in his career) for 3379 yards, a 47.6 average (3rd worst in his career), a 5.6% touchback rate, and a 34% in20 rank. Cole saw his In20 rate fall, as did his net yards/punt. The 30 year old is coming off a down season, but apparently was dealing with some lower body injuries, and the Raiders punt units were far from the previous levels they had been in 2021-2023.
Last season saw Lions Jack Fox, Jaguars Logan Cooke, and Seahawks Michael Dickson all also earn honors, and I’d imagine Fox is one of the biggest competitors for Cole with his recent success. Cole has been a tremendous punter, and currently holds the NFL All-Time record for career yards/punt. Keep an eye on Packers Daniel Whelan, Jets’s Austin McNamara, Commanders’ Tress Way, & Giants Jordan Stout as others who can push for the spot.
First Time but Possible:
OL Tyler Linderbaum – Finished 3rd in AP All-Pro voting in 2025, 2024, & 4th in 2023

Linderbaum has never been named to a first or second team all-pro, and it’s largely due to his inconsistencies as a pass protector. Linderbaum has never been the best pass protector, but he’s been a top 3-5 center in that regard. Where Linderbaum does pop off the screen, and where he’s made his pure money is his pre snap abilities, and run blocking, which both will play huge roles in the Raiders system under Klint Kubiak. The former Ravens star has stayed healthy in his career, and he figures to be a gamechanger for the Raiders offense that struggled in the run game last year. Last season saw Chiefs’ Creed Humphrey, Bears Drew Dalman (who’s since retired), and Dolphins Aaron Brewer earn All-Pro honors. Linderbaum was named the 2nd best center in the NFL by personnel executives, a good sign for his chances, but also keep an eye on Eagles’ Cam Jurgens, Vikings’ Ryan Kelly, and Brown Elgton Jenkins.
ILB Tommy Eichenberg – Finished 9th in AP All-Pro Special Teams Voting in 2025

Eichenberg won’t make the All-Pro list at linebacker, but the official PFW and AP lists include special teams standouts. As noted, Eichenberg did finish with 3 votes last season largely off his 2025 season that had 22 tackles which ranked top 5 in the NFL for special teams tackles. Additionally, his special teams EPA was 7th among all special teams players (not counting returners). Eichenberg figures to be a big staple of the Raiders special teams units in 2026, alongside Cody Lindenberg, Dareke Young, and Segun Olubi with Olubi one to watch after finishing 15th last season off just 14 tackles, a blocked punt (ironically on AJ Cole), and 2 FR. The Raiders need an overhauled special teams unit, and Eichenberg should be the staple
Long Shots:
RB Ashton Jeanty – Did not receive an AP All-Pro Vote in 2025

The runningback position is super volatile in the NFL, and especially in the All-Pro/Pro-Bowl spaces. Last season saw James Cook, Christian McCaffrey, Bijan Robinson, De’Von Achane, and Jonathan Taylor earn votes and they should again in 2026 if they stay healthy. Additionally, Saquon Barkley, Derrick Henry, Breece Hall, and Kenneth Walker should see some attention in the space. Jeanty was not ranked among the top 10 runningbacks in the NFL within the recent NFL executives poll, but was named an honorable mention.
The top ten selection finished his rookie season with 975 yards, five touchdowns, a 3.7 yards per carry, and an additional 346 yards and five touchdowns in the air. Jeanty’s under the hood numbers were impressive in his breakaway ratings, elusiveness, missed tackles forced, broken tackles, and all while his offensive line and yards before contact ranked inside the bottom five for the NFL. Jeanty is talented, he provides a ton of big play ability, and working in a wide zone for the 2026 season should be beneficial, but it will be a long shot for him to make the All-Pro list.
ILB Nakobe Dean – Did not receive an AP All-Pro Vote in 2025 & 15th in 2024

Nakobe Dean played just 15 games in 2024 but he posted 128 tackles, 10 TFL, 3 sacks, 4 PBU, a FF, interception, and 2 FR while also posting nearly 30 pressures which is largely why he earned a few All-Pro votes. Assuming Dean can stay healthy, which has been a big task in his career, I can truly see him placing himself inside the top 10 linebackers in the NFL and a possible All-Pro award. Dean is fast, fluid, diagnoses plays well, and he’s a high end linebacker moving forwards. There’s some inconsistencies in coverage, but he’s able to take up space, play sideline to sideline, and I do think there’s a chance with a full season that Dean crosses the 150+ tackle mark with double digit tackles, and 5.5+ sacks given the aggressive defense he’ll play in. It’s a long shot, but I’d expect a healthy Dean to get votes again in 2026.
CB Eric Stokes – Finished 13th in AP All-Pro Voting in 2025

Stokes enjoyed a breakout season in 2025, and that should roll over into 2026 under a similar system and coaching with new Raiders DC Rob Leonard. Stokes ranked top 20 among NFL cornerbacks in separation allowed, yards, QBR, receptions, and touchdowns allowed while also ranking 18th in EPA/target. Stokes played up to the level of a first round pick, and the soon to be 27 year old could be entering his prime. Like fellow Georgia teammate Nakobe Dean, Stokes will need to stay healthy after missing 8 games in 2022, 14 in 2023, and 1 in 2025. Stokes likely will never rank super high on All-Pro and fan lists because his lack of ball production (19 career PBU, 1 INT), but he’s also rarely targeted at times as well. The Raiders are comfortable with Stokes having a successful season not being targeted essentially taking away at least 1/3 of the field.
CB Jermod McCoy

It’s extremely rare for rookies to make All-Pro lists, especially in the secondary with Xavier Watts, Cooper DeJean, Devon Witherspoon, & Sauce Gardner as the only to do so since 2020. McCoy will be coming off missing the entire 2025 season with injury, and a possible bone plug issue in 2026 that could limit his snap counts. Despite this, the cornerback was a top ten pick prior to the knee issue arising, and his 4th round selection is not indictive of his talent. McCoy might start across from Eric Stokes, and if so he’ll get a ton of work his way which can drive up his ball production. There’s a chance that McCoy can be an All-Pro, if not a franchise cornerback, for the Raiders but like others staying healthy will be big for him, and as a rookie so will adapting to the NFL extremely quick.
