Paige Bueckers has been the gravitational force behind the Dallas Wings‘ massive turnaround this year. They currently sit fourth in the league at 18-9, thanks to a six-game win streak, which was a new record for the franchise. It is a stunning flip compared to the last two seasons, where they finished 9-31 and 10-34, respectively.

In just her second year as a pro, Bueckers is putting up elite numbers, averaging 20.9 points, 6.2 assists, and 4.2 rebounds. She headed to Chicago as a first-time All-Star right after winning Western Conference Player of the Week honors on July 14.
Like other players, she attended media obligations and appearances in Chicago during this All-Star break. However, a viral video on social media shows exactly how she spent part of this break and it’s got people talking for all the wrong reasons.
The 30-second video from the WNBA All-Star after-party shared by @BrickCenter_ on X showed her in a white tank top and a camouflage jacket moving through a packed club under purple and blue lights.
She could be seen spending most of the clip shoulder-to-shoulder with other partygoers. At one point, she danced closely with someone with bright blue curly hair while the two laughed together.

But getting so close to strangers at a nightclub led to mixed feelings among a handful of fans online. People claimed in the comments that since she is a major asset for the WNBA and her name has become a massive brand, she should have thought twice before taking part in such an intense party.
However, Dallas doesn’t take a long time to move past the social media noise around their guard. The Wings return to their home court on July 29 to host Angel Reese and the Atlanta Dream.
It remains to be seen if they can start another winning streak after bouncing back with a close 101-97 victory over the Portland Fire just before the All-Star break.
