The Wisconsin Badgers revealed their full nonconference schedule for the 2026-27 season, and there are several intriguing matchups on top of the buy games at home.
Like last year, the Badgers have a power opponent scheduled for an exhibition game, as they’ll host the Oklahoma State Cowboys on October 27th before their official season opener at the Kohl Center on November 2nd.

Then, after four home games against Denver, Fairfield, Coastal Carolina, and Delaware, the Badgers head to the Bahamas for the Baha Mar Championship, where they’ll face Seton Hall and NC State in two other fun non-conference matchups.
Two weeks later, they face Marquette in Milwaukee as a part of their annual series before matchups against Villanova and Auburn in mid-December. Their final matchup is another quality one, as Wisconsin faces Colorado State at home on December 30th before Big Ten play starts.
Which of those games looks to be the most exciting? In our weekly reacts poll, there were two answers that went neck and neck.
Auburn received 37 percent of the vote, slightly edging out Marquette, which received 36 percent. And both answers make sense.

Auburn is looking to be much better than they were as a fringe bubble team in 2025-26. They added five transfers in the offseason: George Kimble III, Adam Olsen, Thomas Dowd, Owen Freeman, and Bukky Oboye.
Meanwhile, Marquette has made some major moves, landing a pair of four-star freshmen to go with transfer center Sananda Fru and wing Nolan Minnesale.
Elsewhere, Villanova received 18 percent of the vote as well. The Badgers faced the Wildcats last season, losing 76-66 in Milwaukee. Now, they’ll face off in Philadelphia as a part of the Philly Hoops Showdown.
