Conclusion:
The Raiders have just five running backs on the roster right now, excluding fullback Connor Heyward. The Raiders will likely keep four or five tailbacks on the roster, depending on what they do at wide receiver. So, all five of the current tailbacks may make the team. If not, Laube or Hemby could be on the bubble for the 53-man roster. They could also add at the position after roster cuts happen August 30. Jeanty, of course, is the starter, but Washington will have a role as well. Ogunbowale, 32, should add a veteran presence in the running-back room. He can play on third down and help on special teams as well.
