Four-star point guard Micah Gordon will visit Tennessee between Sept. 4-6, according to Tobias Bass of The Athletic. He will also visit VCU, Creighton, Auburn, West Virginia, UConn, UCLA and Providence between August and October.
The 5-foot-10, 180-pound prospect is from Plainfield, New Jersey and plays for Spire Academy in Geneva, Ohio. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 7 point guard in the class and No. 2 player in Ohio.

Tennessee offered Gordon a scholarship on Jan. 21. He has not visited Tennessee during his recruitment.
Binghamton was the first school to offer Gordon a scholarship on Jan. 13, 2025. Other schools to offer him scholarships include La Salle, High Point, Mississippi State, Arizona State, Marquette, Oklahoma State, USF, North Carolina State, Rutgers, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Northwestern, Georgetown, Villanova and TCU.
Tennessee does not have a commitment in its 2027 basketball recruiting class.
The Vols have four commitments in their 2026 basketball recruiting class: small forward Ralph Scott, power forward Manny Green, point guard Marquis Clark and power forward Chris Washington Jr.
