Jimmy Butler and his ex-girlfriend Kaitlin Nowak appear close to resolving their lengthy custody and child support dispute.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Nowak said the two recently reached a comprehensive parenting agreement and revealed that she is currently living with the Golden State Warriors star.
Nowak said “there are other circumstances which can be presented to the court,” without providing additional details.
She expects the case to be fully resolved within the next 45 to 60 days.
The dispute began in October 2023, when Nowak filed a lawsuit involving paternity and support. Butler was later legally recognized as the father of their three children.
Court documents previously showed Butler was paying Nowak $55,000 per month in child support plus another $10,000 for childcare.
The two spent more than a year disputing financial matters, with Butler at one point claiming Nowak refused to find a job.
The former couple now appears to have reached an agreement while sharing a home.
