The Pittsburgh Steelers and Aaron Rodgers have agreed to terms on a one-year deal that will see the four-time MVP return for a second season in the Steel City. Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Rodgers will be getting a significant raise in 2026.
“Aaron Rodgers is expected to sign a one-year deal worth up to $25 million,“ Schefter reports. ”The deal is expected to include a base salary between $22 and $23 million, with up to a few million more in incentives.“

Rodgers finished with 24 touchdown passes in 2025, leading the Steelers to their first AFC North title since 2020. Pittsburgh now has four quarterbacks on its roster – Rodgers, Mason Rudolph, Will Howard, and Drew Allar.
