The performance moved the 24-year-old into a tie with Sabrina Ionescu for the third-most triple-doubles in WNBA history. Only Alyssa Thomas (20) and Jessica Shepard (5) have produced more. It was Clark’s first triple-double of the 2026 season after posting two as a rookie in 2024 and one during the injury-shortened 2025 campaign.

Clark also reached another career milestone during the win, becoming the fastest player in WNBA history to reach 1,500 career points and 650 assists. She accomplished the feat in just 78 career games, surpassing Sue Bird’s previous mark of 116 games. Clark finished the night with 1,524 career points and 651 assists.
Indiana and Portland traded the lead throughout the opening quarter before the Fever carried a 27-25 advantage into the second after Clark hit a buzzer-beating three-pointer. Indiana later erased a seven-point deficit with a 24-7 run to take a 56-47 halftime lead. The Fever then controlled the third quarter, outscoring the Fire 34-25 to build an 18-point advantage. Portland cut the deficit to seven in the fourth before Indiana pulled away to secure the win.
Mitchell continued her outstanding scoring stretch by matching Clark with 26 points. She has now scored at least 20 points in 13 consecutive games, tying Diana Taurasi for the second-longest streak in WNBA history. A’ja Wilson owns the record with 20 straight games. Mitchell also made her 749th career three-pointer, passing Tina Thompson for sixth on the league’s all-time list, and extended her WNBA-record streak to 13 consecutive games with at least three made three-pointers.
Monique Billings, Makayla Timpson, Aliyah Boston and Sophie Cunningham also scored in double figures for the Fever, while Bridget Carleton led the Fire with 26 points.
