Indiana led just once on Wednesday night, with a comeback bid falling short in an 88-75 loss to the visiting Golden State Valkyries. Kelsey Mitchell led the Fever with 20 points while Aliyah Boston added 15 points and seven rebounds. Caitlin Clark finished with 13 points and six assists on 4-of-14 shooting, including just 1-of-8 from 3-point range.
The Storm cut an 11-point deficit to just two with a 9-0 run in the fourth quarter before the Chicago Sky pulled away for a 95-90 win on Wednesday in Chicago. Natisha Hiedeman paces Seattle with an average of 15.8 points while Malonga contributes 15.5 points and 8.2 boards per game.
