How to watch Atlanta Dream vs Indiana Fever: Time, TV, stream

The Indiana Fever host the Atlanta Dream on Thursday (7 p.m. ET, Prime Video) at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis for one of the best head-to-head matchups in the WNBA.

Thursday’s Dream-Fever matchup promises to be one of the most star-studded games of the week. From Atlanta, there’s Allisha Gray, Angel Reese and Rhyne Howard. On Indiana’s side, there’s Aliyah Boston, Caitlin Clark, and Kelsey Mitchell.

Over the last two seasons, the Dream and Fever have met eight times in the regular season. Indiana owns the stretch with a 6-2 record, but the teams split 2-2 head-to-head last season. Indiana later ousted Atlanta in the 2025 WNBA playoffs with a 2-1 first-round win.

Since then, both teams have retooled their rosters.

The Dream enter Thursday’s matchup with a 6-2 record and a 99.5 defensive rating, good for second in the league. Atlanta is also first in rebounds (37.4) and second in steals (8.6) per game.

“When we move the ball, when we play with pace, when we get to where we want to get to and do what we want to do, it brings great success for us,” Howard said after a 91-75 win over Connecticut. “We can’t let the other team dictate what we want to do.”

For Indiana, Thursday’s game against Atlanta comes after consecutive losses to Golden State and Portland, dropping the team to 4-4. The Fever lead the league in points per game (91.8) and are third in assists per game (22.1).

“I’d rather be in this position right now than I would later in the season. I think it gives us an opportunity to identify some things as coaches and as players,” Fever head coach Stephanie White said. “It’s just evaluate without trying not to overanalyze while we evaluate, and sometimes, that’s hard … but trusting in the process.”
