LSU gymnastics is trying for its third consecutive conference title Saturday night as the Tigers take on the Oklahoma Sooners, Florida Gators, and Alabama Crimson Tide in the 2026 SEC Gymnastics Championship.
The gymnastics championship is different than that of other sports. All nine SEC programs qualify, but it’s split into two sessions, with the five lowest in regular-season points in the afternoon session and the four highest at night. As the two-seed, LSU will be in the night session.
