Caitlin Clark and her Indiana Fever teammate Kelsey Mitchell have been dubbed the best duo in the WNBA as the two continue to make strides on the court.
Their dominance was on full display as Mitchell tied the WNBA record with her 20th straight 20-point game during her outing against the Toronto Tempo.

Clark is having the time of her life on the court this season, averaging a career-high 22.1 points, 3.8 rebounds and a league-leading 8.3 assists per game. She has played a crucial role in the Fever’s third-place standing with a 24-12 record, the team is also on a five-game winning streak.
Even during the Tempo game, the 24-year-old scored 24 points on 4-of-9 shooting from deep, while adding three rebounds and seven assists.

Robert Griffin III compares Fever stars to Goku and Vegeta
The impressive performances from both Fever stars have earned them high praise from former NFL star Robert Griffin III, who compared the duo to popular anime characters Goku and Vegeta from “Dragon Ball Z.”

Taking to his X handle, Griffin wrote: “Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell are the best Duo in the WNBA. They in their Goku and Vegeta Era.”
This was not the first time Griffin has praised Clark or the Fever stars, particularly this season, as he recently said that Clark would be the frontrunner for WNBA MVP.
Indiana Fever are set to take on the Dallas Wings on Friday, August 21, at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Clark and Mitchell will look to continue their strong run as the Fever aim to extend their winning streak.
