Iowa women’s basketball has reoffered 2028 four-star guard Jhaliana Guy after the native Iowan announced her decommitment from Stanford,.
Guy is the nation’s No. 16 player in the 2028 class per ESPN. She was initially offered by the Hawkeyes on July 23, 2024. The 5-foot-10 guard from Clinton, Iowa, also received scholarship offers from numerous top-tier programs, including Big Ten foes Michigan, USC, UCLA, Ohio State, Maryland and Illinois.
Guy averaged a school-record 24.4 points per game and knocked down a single-season best 87 3-pointers last season. As a result of her sensational campaign, Guy was the first Clinton Red Queen to be a first-team All-State selection in more than 20 years.

Guy plays AAU for Mac Irvin Lady Fire on the P24 circuit and was recently invited to USA Basketball U17 national team trials. She was one of 22 finalists.
